Returns ,Refunds and Turn around times.
If your item is faulty Please contact us for Full refund upon proof of fault.
If you have recieved a wrong item or size contact us and we will send you payment to send it back and replacement will be sent out to you.
If you require a refund It will be returned in the way of purchase. Ie. Paypal or Afterpay.
Return or exchange.
If you ordered the wrong size or change your mind on an item You can recieve a refund or exchange with extra postage costs covered by the buyer. Refund or exchange will happen after I have recieved the item.
All items are ready to ship , and we ship within 4 days of order being placed unless stated in product description that it is a pre order. PLEASE READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION .
If you require you order express posted please send us a an email and Cart Rush My order.
Shipping is via Aus post.
A tracking number will be sent via email once its shipped, please make sure your email is correct. Sometimes if we are extremely busy shipping numbers wont be logged. Feel free to send us an email to enquire about your order.
If your tracking number shows your parcel is missing Please call Australia Post.
If They can not help you, a claim will be made by us on your behalf. Aus post will only offer up to $50 compensation. We can not be held responsible for lost parcels once they leave our hands. A refund of up to $50 will ve offered, we cannot refund your whole order cost.
